Terms for the voyage.

These terms cover your use of Shipmate: Pixel Seas and the Shipmate website. By using the app, you agree to use it lawfully and respect Apple's terms for the App Store.

The app

Shipmate is a single-player game. Every voyage and all of the sea are free to play. You may use it on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the license granted through the App Store.

Purchases and refunds

Optional in-app purchases include pearl packs, a starter bundle, and the captain's charter. Pearls and doubloons are game items with no cash value. They cannot be transferred, exchanged for money, or used outside Shipmate.

Apple handles purchases, billing, and refund requests. Use Restore purchases in the Purser or Settings to ask Apple for purchases available on the same Apple account. A refund may remove the related game items or benefits.

Availability

We may update, maintain, or discontinue parts of the service. The game is designed to remain playable offline, but device and operating-system support can change over time.
